- One-time dakshina (offering) options (no subscriptions required)

What You Can (And Can't) Do
When you order a mantra, you agree to:
- Use it for personal spiritual practice—puja, meditation, daily chanting
- Share it with friends and family during prayers and sacred occasions
- Not resell our mantras or use them commercially (no making money off them)
- Not use the service for anything illegal or inappropriate
- Respect our intellectual property and the sacred nature of the mantras
How We Create Your Mantras
The Sacred Creation Process
Our Sanskrit scholars skillfully weave your name into traditional Vedic mantras while maintaining their sacred integrity. The personalized verses are then chanted by trained priests with proper pronunciation and devotion.
What You Get
When you offer dakshina for a mantra, you get a personal license to:

What You Can't Do
- Resell our mantras or use them commercially

- Use them in disrespectful or inappropriate ways
Dakshina (Offerings) & Payments
How It Works
- Each mantra is a one-time dakshina of ₹999 (sacred offering)
- Pay once, keep forever—no subscriptions or recurring charges
- Payment processing is handled securely through Razorpay
- You'll receive your MP3 mantra via email within 24-48 hours of offering dakshina
Refund Policy (The Straight Truth)
24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the sacred quality of our personalized mantras. If you're not satisfied with your mantra, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of receiving your completed mantra.
To request a refund, email us at support@jaishriram.ai within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and reason for dissatisfaction.
After 24 Hours
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of mantra delivery. After this period, all dakshina (offerings) are final as the mantra has been custom-created and blessed specifically for you.

If you run into technical problems, we're here to help:
- Didn't get your email? Contact us and we'll resend it
- File won't play? We'll help troubleshoot or send a different format
- Got charged twice? We'll fix billing errors immediately
- Payment issues? We'll sort those out with devotion

Intellectual Property
Jai Shri Ram retains all rights to the service, software, and underlying sacred technology. You retain rights to any personal information you provide. Generated mantras are provided under the personal spiritual use license described above.
Privacy
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAI SHRI RAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount of dakshina you offered in the last 12 months.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
